Ok so I got this app because I am LOVING their running app (worth it really). This one is great in the sense that it not fussy or talky (which is what annoys me about yoga videos) BUT I find the transition between positions WAY too abrupt. You either don't have time to do it properly or you waste active workout seconds making sure you're in the right position so as not to hurt yourself. There should be a 5-10 second buffer in there.

Pretty simple and straightforward pilates app. The only issue I have is that it doesn't give you enough time between exercises to change positions, especially going from floor to standing. It would be ideal if there was a 5-second pause between exercises.
